My relationship with Geek was serendipitous. I just happened upon it in the CNW magazine shop and it was love at first sight. Not only was Veronica Mars on the cover, but she was neither under the word cool nor sexy, but geek. As it was only the second issue of the magazine I emailed the editor immediately with a story idea and, lucky for me, he was up for taking me on. I was lucky to get in when I did as the magazine has been creating a lot of buzz in the US recently.
